St. Maarten / St. Martin the lovely Dutch and French jewel in the Caribbean is unique for many reasons. No other major tourist destination in the world can compare to the success of timeshare as a vacation choice to our Island.

For the past 20 years timeshare vacationers have accounted for 75% of the stay-over tourism on the Dutch side of the island. This comes directly from the Island's room occupancy reports.
